Sisters and brothers of the Universe I present to you... COSMIC CREAM TOAST ✨🌙 • I was dreaming about a beautiful toast last night. In all kinds of purple shades and stars and I had to recreate it🤩 I used oat-sourdough bread from the bakery and toasted that off.
Toppings:
🧙🏽♀️ 150 grams vegan cream cheese
🧙🏽♀️ 4 blackberries
🧙🏽♀️ 4 raspberries
🧙🏽♀️ pomegranate seeds
🧙🏽♀️ 1,5 tsp vanilla powder or extract
🧙🏽♀️ spirulina
🧙🏽♀️Galaxy sprinkles
🧙🏽♀️ zest of half a lemon
Mash the fruits through a sieve and keep the juice to colour the cream cheese and keep the pulp for later. Make 3 colors: the purple from blackberry. The pink from the raspberries and the spirulina for the green. Also divide the vanilla and lemon zest over the bowls. Put some berries on the top and also I added some agave syrup to give everything a little bit more sweetness but you can leave that out if you’d like. And then you can start decorating. Let your toast cool before you spread on the cream cheese. Make it a work of art. 🤩 Best served with a magical cup of tea! Enjoy the Magic!
