STRAIGHT OUT OF THE BLACK LAKE π§π½βοΈ • I present to you... My Merpeople Bowl π¦ As you may have seen I went to Harry Potter in Concert π» they played all the songs of the Goblet of Fire and the movie on a huge screen. I was so inspired β¨π§π½βοΈ So of course I had to make an inspired breakfast for the creatures of the deepπ§π½βοΈ I made a mango and banana nice cream. I already created magic there because my blender nearly blew upπ€£ with smoke affects and everything. I divided the nice cream and colored one batch with green spirulina. For the kelpie vibes and the beautiful natural color. Topped these waves π with puffed quinoa, almonds, coconut, dried fruit gems, ocean sprinkles, spirulina chia pudding and agave syrup π I absolutely love these black lake vibes and happily ate this with Underwater Secrets on the background playing. π§π½βοΈ Come seek us where our voices sound
We cannot sing above the ground
An hour long you'll have to look
To recover what we took
An hour long you'll have to look
To recover what we took
Your times half gone so tarry not
Lest what you seek stays here to rotπ
Equipment: blender
Method:
- 125 grams of frozen mango (ripe)
- 3 frozen bananas
- 1 tbsp spirulina
- zest and juice of 1 lime
First blend up the nice cream without the spirulina. When the bananas and mango are blended into a gorgeous smooth ice cream divide over Two bowl and keep one natural and add to the other bowl spirulina for the green colour.
Toppings:
Puffed quinoa, fresh coconut, sukade (sweet dried fruit), ocean sprinkles, chia pudding, mint and almonds.
This is a delish and super easy breakfast!
Enjoy the Magic!
