Goodday my fellow Witches and Wizards! You are officially invited to the Yule Ball. To be honest I am a little bit obsessed with the aestetics of the Ball.
Everything is in some much detail and I am all up for it! The ice sculpture from the Ball that I have seen at the WB Tour was breathtaking and it has spinning in my mind ever since. So now it is the perfect timing so share my Yule Ball recipes! Today I created Yule Balls: coconut bliss balls🥥 with coconut cream, cacao butter, vanilla extract and edible snow (powdered sugar) haha!
They are so easy to make and so incredibly magical. So nice to share with your magical family or friends with a Yule inspired cocktail or just a cup of tea. The recipe makes twelve yule balls but you can easily double up the quantities for a bigger crowd.
One of my favorite scènes in the Goblet of Fire is of course the Yule Ball. I ALWAYS cry my eyes out when Hermoine comes down the stairs with her stunning dress😭 and the fact that are the three magical schools are all together getting their party on!
The teachers who put in their best effort. Flitwick crowd surfing, which is freaking iconic! And the mesmerizing Waltz music ughhh I just love everything about the Yule Ball. I would love to put my most beautiful dress on and get wild on Wizarding Rock ARE U READYYYYY HOGWARTS!

- Take a large mixing bowl and add all of your dry ingredients.
- Meanwhile take a small saucepan and melt the cacao butter and add that alongside with the coconut cream and vanilla extract.
- Mix with your hand to mix everything.
- Put the bowl in the freezer for five minutes. The mixture will firm up and easier to handle and roll balls with.
- That is it! Easy peasy.
Witchy tips:
🧙♀️ if the mixture is too wet add powdered sugar. Too dry add some coconut cream.
🧙♀️ if you cannot find coconut (whipping cream) from the brand I used. Put a can of coconut in the fridge overnight. Open up next day and only scoop out the cream from the top.
🧙♀️ Do not freeze the bowl with the mixture longer than five minutes otherwise the mixture becomes very hard.
