EVERYONE LOVES A REBEL HARRY! Yesterday I watched the Goblet of Fire. And I love her scene where she interviews Harry for the Daily Prophet. I love her character so much! She is so fierce but sexy and elegant at the same time. She loves gossip obviously and she needed a breakfast  to fill her up during the day. Because she does not have much time to sit down and have a proper meal. And this breakfast needed to be super healthy because she wants to maintain her figure. Because the woman loves her fashion. But let me show you how to make this magical and healthy porridge bowl.

For 4 muggles:

Porridge:

- 600 ml almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 tbsp blackberry tea (loose leaf)
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 orange (zest + juice)
- 80 grams of fresh raspberries
- pinch of salt
- 0,5 tsp chinese 13 spices
- 3 cardamom pods
- 1 cup rolled oats
- half a mashed banana

Equipment: tea strainer

Take a medium-sized pan and add everything to the pan. Put the loose leaf tea in the tea strainer and warm up the milk on a medium heat. Turn off the heat after 5 minutes and let the tea strainer steep in the milk for 10-15 minutes. After that you take out the aromatics and the tea strainer.  Put the pan back on the stove on a medium heat. Add the porridge oats. Stir with a wooden spoon. Let the mixture thicken up and add the mashed banana and orange zest and juice.  And last but not least the fresh raspberries. Mash those up as well.

Garnish:

I had a lot of fruit laying around in the house. But feel free to add your favourite toppings.

- kiwi
- berries
- cashew and walnuts
- hempseeds
- dark chocolate
- chia jam
- half a banana
- rosemary flowers
- maple syrup
- vegan blueberry yoghurt
- lime zest

The recipe for the berry chia jam is under Magical Mornings: Peanut Butter and Jelly Toast.

Enjoy the magic!
