Goodday my fellow witches and wizards! Today a Umbridge inspired breakfast. I absolutely hate her but unfortunatly obsessed with her aestetics. Fun fact I do not even like PINK🥿 but anyways I created these breakfast bagels with pink raspberry peanutbutter. Red fruits and a gorgeous cup of tea. Let's get started.
Ingredients for the peanutbutter:
🥜 225 gram of pale and smooth peanutbutter
🥜 half a cup of freeze dried raspberries
🥜 1 tsp vanilla extract
🥜 1 tbsp coconut oil
🥜 1 tbsp raspberry agave syrup
Magical Method:
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until blissful pink and smooth.
🥯Bake your bagels at 170 degrees Celcius for 3 minutes🥯
Garnish your peanutbutter bagels with strawberries, raspberries (fresh and freeze dried) and pommegranate seeds. And if you want it more sweet, pour some agave syrup in top
I even had some peanutbutter left over. So fill up a little 100 ml jar. For next time...
